Returns & Exchanges

At Overland Kitted, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a piece doesn't fit your journey, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your items in their original bags.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a receipt for tracking purposes until the return is processed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
